イヤトレ（Doremia）（以下「本アプリ」といいます）は、相対音感トレーニングを端末内で行うアプリです。本アプリは、ユーザーの個人情報を収集することを目的としていません。
本アプリは、以下の情報をアプリ独自に収集しません。
本アプリには、広告配信、行動分析、第三者トラッキングのためのSDKを組み込まない方針です。
本アプリは、機能提供のために以下の情報をユーザーの端末内に保存します。
これらの情報は、レッスンの再利用、履歴表示、苦手な階名の確認など、本アプリの機能を提供するために使用されます。
本アプリは、レッスン、練習履歴、設定などの学習データを、運営者のサーバや第三者のサーバへ送信しません。クラウド同期、アカウント登録、外部バックアップ機能は提供していません。
将来、アプリ内課金を導入する場合、購入処理はAppleが提供する仕組みを通じて行われます。その場合でも、運営者はユーザーのクレジットカード番号などの決済情報を取得しません。
App Storeからのダウンロード、アップデート、購入、返金などに関する情報は、Appleの規約およびプライバシーポリシーに従ってAppleにより処理されます。運営者は、Appleが管理する決済情報を直接取得しません。
ユーザーは、本アプリ内の履歴削除機能により、練習履歴を削除できます。また、本アプリを端末から削除すると、端末内に保存された本アプリのデータも削除されます。ただし、OSやバックアップの状態により、削除の挙動が異なる場合があります。
本アプリは、音楽学習のために利用できます。未成年の方が利用する場合は、保護者の同意または管理のもとで利用してください。
本アプリは、収集する情報を最小限にし、学習データを端末内で扱う設計としています。ただし、端末の紛失、故障、不正アクセス、OSの不具合などによるデータの消失や漏えいを完全に防ぐことはできません。
本ポリシーは、アプリの機能変更、法令の変更、運用方針の変更などに応じて更新されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本アプリ内または公開ページでお知らせします。

Doremia (the “App”) is an app for practicing relative pitch on the user’s device. The App is not designed to collect users’ personal information.
The App does not independently collect the following information:

This information is used to provide App features such as reusing lessons, displaying practice history, and reviewing difficult solfege degrees.
The App does not send learning data, such as lessons, practice history, or settings, to the operator’s servers or third-party servers. The App does not provide cloud sync, account registration, or external backup features.
If in-app purchases are introduced in the future, purchases will be processed through Apple’s system. Even in that case, the operator will not obtain payment information such as users’ credit card numbers.
Information related to App Store downloads, updates, purchases, refunds, and related transactions is processed by Apple in accordance with Apple’s terms and privacy policy. The operator does not directly obtain payment information managed by Apple.
Users can delete practice history using the deletion features in the App. If the App is deleted from the device, data stored by the App on the device will also be deleted. However, deletion behavior may vary depending on the OS and backup status.
The App can be used for music learning. Minors should use the App with the consent or supervision of a parent or guardian.
The App is designed to minimize collected information and handle learning data on the user’s device. However, it is not possible to completely prevent data loss or leakage caused by device loss, failure, unauthorized access, OS issues, or other causes.
This Policy may be updated due to changes in App features, laws, or operational policies. If there are important changes, they will be announced in the App or on the public page.
